VIPs will be the only ones that can create clans/teams.
They will also be able to set a home, but they're not able to TP to it. They can use there compass to find there home though.

Okay I'll make it like this: If no one votes no 'till tommorow (Starting right now with 2 votes for no and 7 for yes) I'll start working on it. This will mean the server will be offline for 1 or days.

Yeah, I can't ether come in the server.
And the live map (http://sc6.servercraft.co:8123/) doesn't work, just like Noobcraft itself.
